Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. This morning at breakfast, the manager deliberately ignored me. Even after I asked to place my order, I had to wait nearly an hour for my breakfast, while other guests were served without any issues. This kind of selective treatment is completely unacceptable and left a very unpleasant impression. I expected professional and respectful service, but instead I was met with indifference. I hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously and address the staff’s conduct so that other guests do not have to experience the same treatment.
Great hotel in a convenient location, I came to Krakow for a conference at the university so it was a 2 minute walk. The rooms are on the smaller side, but since I travelled alone it was perfectly fine. If you’re traveling with a partner/family definitely go for a bigger room. Breakfast was included in my rate and service staff was friendly and quick, and the food was delicious. Overall a great stay and I’d recommend for anyone wanted to stay near old town but not be so involved with all the bustle there.
3 stars for a twin room. Shower room small and shower door allowed water to leak under it. Room clean enough. Towel change daily. Staff very helpful and polite 24hrs. Very good location for us 15 mins walk to the main square with lots to do en route. No car park but good cheap options in the area. Unfortunately parking is a machine in Polish only. £10.00 a day. Great street food place a few doors along.
Stayed as part of a jet2 city break. A late 60s couple. 10mins easy walk to main square. Hotel staff very helpful. Hotel quiet and clean. It was ideal for us and a very good breakfast.
We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was really nice and a very good size. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean. The location is perfect — you can walk everywhere, all the main places are close by. Breakfast was delicious every day, freshly made to order, and there was also a buffet. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the blonde girl who served breakfast. When she found out I’m allergic to cinnamon and that I had accidentally tried the pancakes (which had cinnamon but it wasn’t written anywhere), she kept checking if I was okay and made sure I felt safe. I really appreciated her kindness and care ❤️ Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! 🌟
