Hi me and my partner stayed here from 16th - 19th february 2026 We stayed in room 13 by main doors and reception / small bar The room was very basic and shower door leaked water We found certain reception staff a bit rude with us I used the spa which i enjoyed as it was snowing and very cold outside so the heat from the sauna was a treat At breakfast time around 6-30 / 7-45 was busy with army lads so the food trays was quite empty and had a bit of a wait for coffee as a few of them were filling their large drink containers up Food was ok but warmish The hotel is situated near the river and we walked to the centre along the river path which was quicker than the road option which took around 25 minutes in to the old town market square Overall the hotel was not a five star maybe 3+ As the rooms are very dated If we came to krakow again we we opt to stay in a more central hotel more for tourists and not workers
I didn’t stay at this hotel, but I stayed at the Blue Swan Hotel, which shares the same entrance, reception desk, and rooftop restaurant (same breakfast for guests of both hotels) with the Niebieski Art & Spa Hotel. I had a look around, and as they mentioned, they offer rental bikes, a pizzeria, a spa, conference rooms, and a fitness room. If I come back to Kraków, I’ll definitely book a room here — the standard rooms are about the same price as at the Blue Swan, but they seem much better.
