The best hotel I ever stayed, really friendly stuff at the reception desk. Amazing and huge breakfast. Easy access to the city centre. River view from our room was excellent! Thank you for hosting us!
Friendly reception, exceptionally clean rooms with a very beautiful scent, and an outstanding view. The center from the center was about a 30 minute walk. I really regretted only staying a night there cause I could see my self comfortably living there for way longer.
I stayed at Bridge Suites Kraków at the end of January and honestly had such a lovely experience. The staff were all super polite, helpful, and easy to talk to. The room was spotless, really warm, and so cosy, especially appreciated since it was freezing and snowy outside. Breakfast was also amazing. There was a great variety, something for everyone, from savoury to sweet, plus vegan and meat options, and really good coffee. A special thank you to Katarzyna, who was working during breakfast - she was absolutely wonderful. So professional, kind, and attentive, and just a genuinely lovely person. She really made the experience even nicer. Overall, such a great stay. I’d 100% recommend it and would definitely come back.
We had fantastic time at the Bridge Suites Hotel. First of all we were nicely surprised that the night robes were available in the room (which doesn’t always happen in 4 stars hotels). It was clean, we would have the room cleaned daily, the coffee, tea and water added. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. Especially the waitress Katarzyna during breakfast. She went far beyond standard service, it was just excellent service which you could expect maybe in top notch hotels. She remembered our choices from previous days, recommended dishes, noticed our needs and reacted immediately. We stayed 4 nights and everyday she welcomed us with a smile. I’ve worked many years in customer service and have rarely seen such an outstanding service. Thank you again. The breakfast itself was delicious, great value for money! Also, I lost part of my golden bracelet and on my way home I received and e-mail asking if I lost peace of jewellery as they found it in the room. This is so nice!
