A wonderful hotel, only 1 year old. The room cleaning is of a very high standard. The most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on. The bathroom is great, and so is the lighting. The only thing I missed was a disposable vanity/amenity kit in the bathroom — cotton pads, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and a razor. They offer a rich and varied breakfast served until 12 PM, and there is a cozy cocktail bar with great drinks. The lobby is very well-organized, featuring a large TV and plenty of seating—it was particularly enjoyable to watch the World Cup matches there while sipping a cocktail. There is also a beautiful garden with seating and designated areas for both smokers and non-smokers. The location is central—just a 5-minute walk to the main square, and only 2 minutes from the shopping mall and the train station. The staff is exceptional: young, smiling, polite, and attentive, and they speak excellent English. Highly recomended!
Good location, hotel just right opposite of Railway Station, Tram station and a big shopping mall. You can easily move around Krakow from here. Room is cozy, size of the room is nice and comfortable overall. The breakfast is great and vibe is good as well. The staff here are amazing friendly and high hospitality. Overall this hotel is good and worth of money.
Wow, what can I say. We are accor all members so always try to stay at accor properties. We originally booked to stay at the nearby Mercure but changed to Tribe a few weeks before our stay. So glad we did. The location is perfect, 5min walk to the Galeria Krakowska and the train station - tip stay on the Galeria side of the road, there's less cobblestones to drag suitcases over! 5mins walk to the planty and main square. The side street location means you don't get noise from the trams. But the teatr słowackiego tram stop is 2mins with easy access to trams to most locations. We visited the restaurant tribe table for breakfast and for cocktails. Great for both..the yurgen cocktail is complex and delicious. Every member of staff was polite and friendly. The room was a good size with a super comfortable bed. Smallish bathroom but great shower. Tribe has definitely become our go-to hotel.in Krakow.
Amazing hotel. Well located, really clean, comfy bed, cool style and big rooms. You can tell easily that it’s a brand new hotel. Also the people in the reception were nice and welcoming. It was quiet at night which is important to me. 😅 The only bad thing I can say is that the water pressure is weak. Other than that - everything was perfect. Thank you ❤️
It was first time staying at a TRIBE and it was a fantastic experience overall. Very comfortable room and bed. We stayed over Easter weekend and the complimentary pistachio chocolates the hotel had waiting for us were scrumptious. The Wi-Fi wasn't super fast but worked fine. Hotel is very close and accessible from the main train station / Kraków Główny. The breakfast buffet was really good with an eclectic variety of options – better than the PURO we stayed at in another city. Nice coffee machine at the buffet too. Lastly the sauna was a very nice facility to have with plenty of towels available, the staff went above and beyond to pre-heat it for us too which was much appreciated. All the staff in general were very nice. Definitely would stay at the TRIBE again when we come back to Kraków.
