Wow. What a place. Walked in and almost had my head taken off with a dart. Then they blamed me? Then I approached the bar and 2 guys having the time of their lives, like extras in the walking dead, they stood all over my shoes as they waddled by. We ordered a beer to an almost shrugged off reaction. We asked to pay card, this was appesed easier than I had guessed. We sat at a table, immediately my arm stuck to it like glue. We went to the toilet? People were guarding it like their lives depended on it. My girlfriend asked me to guard hers, even though there was a modern lock on it. There were plug adaptors right over the sink. There was a guy not with a group, but lovingly looking at a group. This place is a dive bar and if you rate dive bars 1 star because you don't understand them.. walk on. This place was a proper buzz.
Well. What there is to say others haven't. You get what you can expect from reviews. Good old dive bar, reasonable prices for Krakow and diverse client base. Came here on 250th birthday of USA and well good times were rolling.
Nice place with a really cool atmosphere. From the outside, you might not even feel like going in, but that actually makes it even cooler once you enter. Reasonably priced beer, good staff, and a chill vibe overall.
Great bar just next to the Tempel synagogue. Its a 'dive' type bar with ska, reggae and rock music. No frills but great fun and popular. The bar maid had good English and ran a great bar - knew her stuff. Draught beer was 15 PLN. One interesting 'cocktail' caught my eye - a 500ml lager with a dash of grapefruit juice and a shot of vodka- called Oko Stalina.
Cool bar and not a touristy spot. A little more of an underground place and definitely would recommend. Really cool decor and a wide option of drinks.
