Since October 2025, I've been training regularly with trainer Justyna Skwarek. To say I'm satisfied would be an understatement. Justyna is very friendly, professional, and always prepared. She takes my health issues into account and adapts the exercises to make me feel good. The training sessions are always pleasant, and most importantly, I see results in my figure, endurance, and fitness. The place itself is also brilliant, the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, and I've never felt uncomfortable there. Although I was a little stressed at the beginning of my journey, that quickly passed. I go to training with great pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

A small, intimate training studio, perfect for those who don't enjoy crowds at the gym. It has a great atmosphere and truly amazing trainers. I've been going here for almost a year and training with Sandra, whom I highly recommend!
