great surprise, the hotel from inside is way more luxurious them you expected from the outside view, the rooms are great, the service is great, they are very pet friendly, even bring pet bed and water cups for my dogs. the location is calm and easy ti reach, parking space . pleasant surprise.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Focus Premium Hotel in Kraków. Upon our arrival, due to a technical issue with our original room, we were kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful apartment, a gesture we truly appreciated. During our stay, an unfortunate housekeeping issue occurred. These things can happen in any hotel. What really makes the difference is how they are handled. The Hotel Manager personally listened to our concerns, took full responsibility without making excuses, apologized with sincerity and professionalism, and went above and beyond to make things right with several thoughtful gestures that we genuinely appreciated. In our opinion, the true quality of a hotel is not measured by the absence of mistakes, but by the way they are resolved. The professionalism, respect and genuine care shown by the management turned an unfortunate situation into a very positive memory. Beautiful rooms, an excellent restaurant and a friendly staff. We highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to return on our next visit to Kraków.
Very nice hotel, have stayed 1 night. Breakfast was great, lot of choices. They also give you a lunch bag too
The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly. Sauna was available to book but we didn't get a chance to use it as it was fully booked during our stay. We were given two singles rather than a double and that made it difficult to sleep, particularly as the room was really stuffy and the air con wasn't working properly. We could also hear music late into the night (unsure if it was from another room or the main hotel restaurant.) We asked to move room to a double and they were able to accomodate on our last night. The second room was much better and air con worked well. Location was a bit unusual. It was right on a railroad and a bit out of the way but taxis were so cheap to get into the centre that it wasn't a huge problem.
A little out of main city areas but on the plus side you only walk out the main door and on the station platform, 5 stops to main station. That said the down side if you have front rooms the trains run all night so noise an issue. Also there seems to be AC units or similar on the roof we were on top floor and constant hum all night
