During my business trip to Kraków, a colleague and I had dinner at Pimiento Argentino, and it exceeded all of our expectations. We started with the beef carpaccio and roasted bone marrow, both of which were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. For the main course, we enjoyed perfectly cooked Argentinian steaks served with grilled vegetables and chimichurri sauce. The quality of the meat was exceptional—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It was easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. We finished the evening with tiramisu and espresso, which were the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. The restaurant itself has a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for business dinners or special occasions. The service was attentive, professional, and friendly without ever being intrusive. If you’re looking for an authentic Argentinian steakhouse with premium-quality food and impeccable service, Pimiento Argentino is a place you shouldn’t miss. We had a fantastic evening and will definitely return on our next visit to Kraków. Highly recommended! Our total bill for two people, including appetizers, premium steaks, side dishes, dessert, drinks, coffee, water, and service, was 873 PLN. Considering the outstanding quality of the food, the excellent service, and the overall experience, we found it to be very good value for money.
A high quality restaurant with excellent food and service. My overall experience of Polish restaurants is of warm friendly service and somewhat plain, mid quality food. This place is an exception to that. It projects a much higher standard right from the greeting at the entrance. The decor is professional, the staff are immaculate in their uniforms and are clearly well trained. We ordered risotto and seafood pasta and both meals were excellent. The restaurant is mainly geared to steaks and the grill is on view and I must say the steaks looked lovely. I'd recommend this restaurant. Be prepared to pay a higher price than the general places but it's worth it.
We had an excellent experience at Pimiento. The food was exceptional, the steaks were cooked perfectly, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. From start to finish our meals were excellent. Great wine selection as well. The portions were perfect for us and we left feeling satisfied. The carpaccio was one of the best bites we had our entire trip. Only complaint is that we were too full to try dessert! Would definitely come back for dinner here should we be in krakow in the future
Went for NYE tasting menu. Beef tartare wasn’t great. Overall the starters were pretty poor. However, the Lobster soup was good, a bit like a Thai coconut soup. Ordered the ribeye medium rare, it came blue, I could have sent it back but chose not to make a fuss for staff on an already busy night. Girlfriend had fillet steak that was cooked perfectly and very nice. The sides weren’t amazing, baked potato, baked sweet potato, and some bland mushrooms, nothing to write home about. Dessert was exceptional. Nice atmosphere inside, we sat downstairs in the cellar, which seemed a bit more cosy and relaxed than upstairs. Overall, fairly enjoyable experience, just a shame that a half decent vet could have had my rib eye mooing again. All in all, I paid around £240/1160zl for a meal on nye with a nice bottle of wine, pretty happy with that.
5/5 for everything. Steak portions by weight seemed very, very fair. Sides and sauces were as delicious as the steaks, if not better. Overall a very well done experience, without still being too fancy.
