Comfortable rooms with clean showers and bathroom. Good breakfast. Some people complain about the taxis . Mine came but after 18 minutes.
I have booked a last minute stay for my dad which had a long waiting time in the airport and the boy who I spoke with last night was absolutely kind. I am working also in hospitality as a receptionist and he was so kind and understanding which I truly apreciate. The only thing that I cannot rate it with 5 stars is the communication between the departments. He also paid for a late check-out until 13:00 but unfortunately the housekeeping entered the room around standard check-out time because they simply did not know about the late check-out. This event woke up my dad from sleeping by it was not actually a really big deal because he still layed in bed until 13:00. I really recommend this hotel for the front desk service just with the small touch of a better communication next time.
Ideal for the airport but a bit of a taxi ride from the city centre. Rooms are comfortable and practical. Staff were a little lacklustre but, for a wedding reception, extremely accommodating.
