The place was well furnished, comfortable and had very effective AC (which is a MUST in 37 degrees that we had during our stay). There was zero street noise in our room (it's essential as there are VERY LOUD trams in Krakow which ruined our experience in our previous accommodation). The reception guy was super helpful and nice. We tried to check in earlier than the official time which wasn't possible, but he let us keep our luggage there until we could get into our room.
Wonderful hotel in Kraków! Everything felt brand new, the reception and staff were very friendly, and the room was extremely comfortable. Nice view from the small balcony! We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.
Hotel was amazing, comfortable beds, service on reception was attentive and location was just great, right next to city centre with restaurants and bars. I will surely come back.

My stay at the M4 hotel was amazing. The hotel is brand new, extremely comfortable and located within a short walking distance to the Old Town. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast provided was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would book again!
