Nice and tidy room with modern facilities. Ideal for a solo traveller. Perfect location close to the old centre and to bus station. The self check in and out procedure was smooth.
Very nice hotel in a walking distance. Contact-less experience very easy and pleasent. Rooms are new and clean. Complimentary water and coffee is also a nice touch.
I stayed one night at MedHotel Krupnicza and found it a pleasant place to stay, with no problems whatever. The location is perfect with the market square being just 3-4 blocks away, and plenty of options for meals within 1-2 blocks. My room was really quiet, and modern and tastefully appointed; the shower was excellent. A nice, clean place also.

The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from Krakow’s beautiful medieval Old Town Square. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy and convenient, which made everything stress-free. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room very comfortable, and we loved the little extras: free filtered water and excellent coffee with great variety and quality — such a nice touch! We stayed in one of the attic rooms with stylish roof windows and a wonderful view, which made the experience even more special. Overall, everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay at MedHotel Smart. We will definitely return one day! Highly recommended!
