So glad to see the other reviews were accurate. This was a great place to stay during our 9 days In Krakow! Everyone from the front desk, restaurant staff and housekeepers were so incredibly kind (and had no issue communicating in English). We didn’t pack light yet had no problem getting from the airport to the hotel using the train. Once we got off at Krakow Glowny we walked through the mall, went outside and the hotel was right there. It was close to all other modes of transportation and not a far walk from Old Town- there’s a tunnel beside the hotel to walk under/through that will bring you into a lovely park and then you’re in the streets of Old Town. We had lots of tours booked throughout our time and we were able to walk to everything in 30 minutes or less. There was a really big storm one night and to no fault of theirs, our patio door started to leak. I can’t remember who helped us from the front desk but he found us another room to move to, on the same floor, and even had us check it out to make sure it would work for us. It was a fast and easy process. The rooms were also so quiet and even when our room faced the square we couldn’t hear a thing. The buffet breakfast was also great & had so many options- pastries, cakes, eggs/bacon/sausage, meats and cheeses, juices and coffee. There was something for everyone! We had dinner a few times at Mavericks and it was always good. I could go on and on, but if you’re looking for comfort and don’t mind staying outside the streets of Old Town, seriously consider staying here :)
I stayed at this hotel during my first-ever trip to Krakow and it was a wonderful experience beginning to end. First, the location is simply perfect - a brief walk to the Central train station and situated right near Old Town, a short walk to the Jewish quarter and other sites, and only a 20 minute ride to the airport. There is a big restaurant with good food and drinks and a nice lobby with areas to work if you need to. I used the gym and it was small but well-stocked and very clean! The rooms were super clean, very big, and quiet. Justyna and Stavek at the front desk were SO helpful - I had a million questions and they were just lovely in going above and beyond and helping me during my stay. I loved it here and will be back!
This hotel offers some of the best service around! It all starts with a very convenient location - close to both the train station and the historic center. It continues with the wonderful staff at the front desk - polite and always ready to help. And it ends with very clean, well-kept, and spacious rooms. Breakfast is simply the best! It’s delicious - the buffet offers a huge selection of dishes to suit every taste. It’s convenient that the restaurant opens at 6:30 a.m. And thank you for being so accommodating when our train was delayed and we had to turn back. Such a kind and professional attitude! I highly recommend this hotel ⭐️ And if I ever need to travel to Krakow again, I’ll definitely be back here.
My wife & I stayed Thursday to Sunday (wife booked the trip for my Birthday). Lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms are a delight with a huge shower after a busy day. The breakfast is really good and the bar offers a fine selection to suit every taste. The best bit are the really comfy beds which means a great night sleep. The shopping centre is across the square where you can also get a train to all locations. We went to the salt mines (£2 each) and only £4 back to the airport. Thanks for a great stay.
