B&B HOTEL Kraków Centrum
Krakow
Reseñas
Location great, but at the room that is licated to the street is very noisy if you open the window. Staff friendly. it is great place for breakfast nearby. Just few things: chair at the waiting lobby needs to be changed.
Incredible hotel and perfect for a short break in Krakow for our group. Front desk service was friendly and helpful especially as we arrived late at night. Free luggage storage on the last day after check out. Breakfast was tasty and served in the bright dining area. Rooms very clean, fresh/modern and serviced daily. Location so convenient for all public transport and a quick 10min walk over the river and you are in Kazimierz.
Wonderful place to stay during a visit to Krakow! All my expectations were met. The hotel staff was extremely friendly during the entire stay. The sumptuous breakfast offered in the hotel allows one to start the day with a lot of energy. The room was clean and cosy, allowing a very comfortable stay. Notable tourist attractions like the Kazimierz´neighbourhood and the Old Town can be covered by foot. This hotel definitely helps one feel at home and provides a good base for discovering the city!
We usually choose B&B hotels as they are reliably good. Unfortunately, this was the worst B&B hotel we have stayed in. We would not return and advise you opt for another hotel. Despite it only being between 6 - 18 degrees outside during our stay, our room stayed between 25 and 30 degrees, even with the window open as much as was possible. The Air conditioning and fan functions were turned off manually by the hotel, and only heating was allowed. We could not sleep because of the heat. Despite asking staff numerous times about air conditioning or the fan function, and telling them the room was way too hot, we were told the weather was too cold for them to justify switching on the fan and air conditioning functions. We thought this was unacceptable. The fan and air-conditioning should be available year round, as it is advertised in the room price. The sheets did not fit the bed. The flat sheet could barely be tucked under the mattress and came loose in the night. The comforter was too small for the bed (luckily we didnt meed it because of the heat). The shower basin and grout were full of black mold and mildew. We did appreciate that the room had a kettle. It was in a good location and we had a nice view from the window. However, we barely got any sleep during our stay because of the temperature and did not get any help from staff despite them being able to remedy it. We will not stay again.
Nice hotel and although there’s traffic passing regularly, it’s on the fringes of the city and relatively quiet. Didn’t take breakfast but it looked well tooled up. Staff were very efficient. My room 327 was to the rear looking into a car park and was extra quiet. Bed was clean and comfortable and I’m fussy in this respect. Shower, towels, body-gel and WiFi were good. TV wasn’t offering much English speaking channels but I wasn’t there to view TV and maybe I didn’t search enough in that respect. I didn’t find the hotel to have the warmest atmosphere but I can deal with that. A 10-15 minute walk takes you to the city centre and main square which is historically fascinating and also offers a vast range of restaurants and bars. I’d easily spend another trip here and book this hotel. Thanks
