Loved this hotel, so clean & comfortable. Really liked the sumptuous art deco vibe. Breakfast really nice, lots of choice & liked having fruit, meats, cheese delivered on a tiered platter. Rooms clean, comfortable, well decorated, bed comfy, windows had good blackout & sound insulation. Staff very friendly & helpful with suggestions & bookings. Good location - 5 mins walk to main square, 10 mins to station. Highly recommended.
Very lovely hotel in a perfect location! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The Old Town and Main Market Square are just a short walk away. Clean, comfortable rooms and everything you need for a city trip. We would happily stay here again!
Excellent location, very pleasant staff, comfortable, clean, modern room. There was a nice breakfast for an added fee. The dinner there was nice and convenient, too. The only slight issue was a rattling sound made by the air conditioner. If you're a light sleeper, that might bother you. But it was a wonderful place for us!
Had a very pleasant stay at this boutique hotel! The front desk staff were always very welcoming and the room was cozy, but very well appointed and had a nice modern feel to it. The location couldn’t be any better, being right on the edge of a park and only a short and easy walk from the main train station. The evening bartender seemed a little burnt out, but otherwise all of the staff were very friendly and overall we had a very nice stay!
This was only a few blocks from the city center - Old Town and Basilica. However it was very quiet. I landed a bit later at Krakow airport and still had enough time to check in and get dinner at the Old Town Square that night. The rate was also excellent, I was quite impressed. They give you A LOT for breakfast, which is a really great value and kept me full all day basically. The customer service was excellent as well, would definetly recommend and stay here again.
