Very well located hotel, nice rooms and great service. The breakfast is the best, I haven't had such a good breakfast in a hotel for a long time. A clear choice for my next trip to Krakow.
Ideally situated for walkability to nearby stores and attractions, this hotel was modern and clean. More importantly, the service from the front reception staff as well as the restaurant staff was polite and professional. Special thanks to Gabriel and Karolina for their customer service. Highly recommend.
Very good hotel. I liked especially the breakfast and how quiet it is in the rooms. There is a rooftop terrace where you can bring your own drinks. In the basement you will find a gym and a sauna. I cannot think of anything negative.
I NEVER give 4 star ratings but this place is awesome! The room was great, the service was great, the staff was great and the attached restaurant is out of this world. We never bothered to eat anywhere else. Stop looking. You’ve found the best place in Krakov. Just book it.
Great place to stay to visit Krakow. Well connected to the airport via Train or Bus. 5' to get to the city centre. Beautiful and spacious rooms with comfortable bed and very clean and large bathroom. Great personnel and excellent breakfast.
