The room itself is lovely but the location is a fair distance away from the main square. If you enjoy pubs and such the area has loads.

The hotel is very traditional and has character. Our room was very small, it may have been a budget room but it was very small for two people. One window didn't open as the handle was broken, it was very hot while we were there and the room was quite uncomfortable. When we used the kettle I had to hold down the button for the water to boil. As there was no Reception staff I was unable to report these problems. The bed was comfortable and the room and bedding were very clean. The bathroom was also very small but the shower was good. It was easy to gain access to the hotel and room, the codes were sent via WhatsApp on the morning of our arrival. Breakfast is available from the cafe next door, I was very impressed with the arrangement. The food was good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in an excellent location in the Jewish quarter. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The area itself is extremely interesting. I would definitely visit the area again but may not stay at this hotel.

Nice rainfall dual.shower. Very small TV with local channels only, no access for Netflix, prime or for screen sharing. Bottles of still and sparkling water left for us upon arrival. Very clean and comfortable beds

This is a decent budget hotel and the location is really good - in the heart of Kazimierz (my fav part of Kraków) and close to every kind of transport. If you don't mind walking a bit, you get to the old town square in about 15 - 20 minutes. The hotel has a self check-in, so I did only meet the cleaning ladies who were warm and friendly. Check-in was really easy (first I got the numeric code to open the doors, then found a magnetic card in my room, no fuzz at all). I would suggest to book a standard apartment instead of economy if you prefer more space. My room was really big, the bathroom was big enough and had a good water pressure with better shower head than most cheap hotels. I found free toiletries that were replaced when I ran out. I also found bottled water, teabags, instant coffee, the kettle and I think there was a fridge although I did not need it. The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. The only minor issue: the stairs are old and worn out, so if you have slight mobility issues you should ask for a room on the lower floor. As I knew about this issue beforehand, so I did. If you like really quiet environment, then you should maybe look for another area as there are lots of bars and restaurants around, so there are loud noises late at night when the party people are going home.
