Emerald Spa is one of the most hospitable and beautiful accommodations that I have stayed. Cosy and spacious rooms, a large bathroom for the room guests (plus multiple bathrooms and toilets downstairs), lovely open plan living/kitchen/dining area, stunning outdoor/garden areas with an outdoor pool, sun beds, jacuzzi, hammock, BBQ facilities, outdoor showers… they have everything anyone would want! I wouldn’t say it’s a hotel, it’s more a guesthouse/B&B where you connect with the host and other guests, as if you are staying at your family’s or friends’. They also have a big sauna for 10+ people, and they organise themed sauna nights occasionally. Here, you don’t just sleep a night or two after a long day of sightseeing of Krakow, you would probably end up spending more time sitting around here rather than at the centre of Krakow.

I had an amazing experience at Emerald Spa. From the very beginning, Johana and Trevor were exceptional hosts—kind, attentive, and highly professional. Beyond the great service, the massage course exceeded all my expectations. I learned so much; they explain everything in a clear and practical way, and you can truly feel their experience and passion for what they do. We also enjoyed the facilities, including the sauna, which made the experience even more relaxing and complete. As an extra touch, they were very generous and thoughtful in offering us food, which made everything feel even more special. I definitely recommend this place both for relaxation and for learning. A complete, welcoming, and high-quality experience.
My stay at the Emerald Spa was fantastic, the hosts were so welcoming and informative on areas of interest around the Krakow area. The spa area and treatments were the best I have received. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for adventure, new experiences and relaxation.
