Beautiful boutique hotel with a unique and stylish design. Everything was exceptionally clean, the location was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The wellness area was peaceful, and we often had it all to ourselves. The water temperature was perfect, and the entire space looked beautiful. The only disappointment was the gym. It would benefit from a few simple heavier dumbbells and fewer cardio machines to make it more practical for strength training.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our trip to beautiful Poland was made even more memorable by our stay at the Bachleda Hotel in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, the service was warm, attentive, and professional, and every meal we had was outstanding. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. We loved the stunning artwork displayed on every floor and the impressive collection of decorative mirrors, which gave the property a unique character and luxurious feel. One of our favorite spots was the cozy basement bar. The atmosphere was inviting, the cocktail selection was excellent, and I had one of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve ever tasted. Every detail of our stay reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and hospitality. The location was perfect—close enough to all the hustle and bustle of the Old Town to explore everything on foot, yet tucked away just enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again. We highly recommend Bachleda Hotel to anyone visiting Krakow and looking for a truly first-class experience.
loved the architectural design and the unique room. service is top level. didn't eat at the restaurant but heard good things. the spa is very pampering. so cheap for this luxury, we travel a lot and never saw value like this!
Excellent hotel with a great location! They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco and luggage was carried for us to our room. Hotel itself is extremely clean and very beautiful. All the details in the decor were fabulous. Staff from the reception to breakfast personal were helpful and genuinely creating the welcoming atmosphere. We went to a swimming pool and discovered that there was no one else, which felt very special and private. Swimming pool is one thing you need to experience, beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was also great! They asking you for your coffee preferences and you can also get a separately made egg. Everything is fresh, wide range of different options. I would recommend the hotel for couples and adult travellers, so peaceful and relaxing. Would LOVE to come back, best hotel we have been in❤️
Loved this hotel. The property and rooms are beautiful, staff is welcoming and attentive and there is nothing to fault. We always seek out smaller, boutique style hotels that offer a more comfortable and intimate experience and the Bachleda hit all the right notes. The location was ideal for us as it was quiet, away from the active and noisy old town center, yet easily walkable to town and the major sights. The hotel is perfect for adults who seek quiet luxury in a beautiful setting.
