The location is very close to the city center, less than 10 minutes away on foot! The staff was very helpful, and the apartment itself was very comfortable and spotless. I highly recommend it!
We stayed for four days and overall it was quite good. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly. We had a small problem with the heating, and they fixed it very quickly and compensated us for it. The only downside I would mention is that if there are more than two people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable, as it's very hard. The apartment was also a little far from the center, but not too far (about a 15-minute walk). Overall, a very good stay and good value for money! :)
This apartment was located in a quiet area a short walk from Old Town and was fully self-contained. The apartment was lovely and inviting and perfect for a couple or solo traveler. I stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed coming back each day to the cosy and warm atmosphere. The staff were amazing and contacted me to make sure I had the instructions to get in, and then checked to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for somewhere lovely to stay during your time on Krakow.
