The rooms here are amazing, we had the parrot themed room with a balcony, the weather was so hot and sunny while we were here and sitting out on the balcony after a long day site seeing watching the world go by was so relaxing. The rooms had amazing air con and a fridge that was a life saver after baking in the sun all day. Nadia was on shift the days we stayed and she was so helpful, and I felt she added a wonderful personal connection taking the time to talk to us about our time here. There was a lovely breakfast available in the morning as well as a cute court yard area. We will definitely be back here in the future.
The hotel charges an overnight luggage storage fee of 100 PLN(23 EUR!!) per day after check-out. Although it is mentioned somewhere on their website, there was absolutely no mention of it in the booking confirmation email, nor were there any signs at the front desk. When I confronted them, the staff ridiculously argued that they didn't mention the fee because 'most guests collect their bags on the same day' and blamed me for not specifying it would be overnight. However, as a professional hotel, they should have asked me for the collection time instead of hiding the fee. As a foreign tourist, there is no way I could have known about this fee without any proper disclosure. After a heated argument, they offered a 50% discount, but this is still an unacceptable and dishonest practice.
We loved our stay here! The location is okay, 25 minute walk to the old town and a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop that can get you there too. Service was lovely and communication from staff was great! Let them know if you'll be arriving after 11 because you can self check in. The room was spacious and comfy and clean. Would definitely recommend to others!
Loved my stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything was well taken care of, and I truly enjoyed my time at the hotel. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it! 😊
Nice location and good accommodation, but something I would like to highlight is amazing people that are working here. We asked for extra pillows and got them right away. Also they are happy to store you luggage after check out do you could finish exploring the city before departure! Great team!
