The ladies at the reception were excellent! The location is excellent as well! The breakfast is average, and the rooms are clean. The pillows are not good at all. Another issue is the cleaning service of the rooms, which is upon request. You need to place the label asking for it...you forgot it then bad luck; no-one will clean the room.
The hotel isn't overly large, but it's clean, quiet, and centrally located. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are very bright and spacious, with comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. If you request your room be cleaned, remember to attach a sign to the outside door handle. The only downside is breakfast. For four days, we ate the same food, mostly salty and with no particular variety.
This hotel is one of the best places I've ever stayed! The room was big and very comfortable, very clean and we had everything needed. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Every morning we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast. And the location - just perfect! Every time I'm in Krakow I'll stay in Amber Hotel. That's for sure!
Amazing hotel! It really does tick all the boxes: cleanliness, central location, available facilities, eco-friendlines and most of all the SERVICE! Big shout out to EMILIA you've been fantastic. THANKS! Small suggestion especially for your Italian guests (I can see there were quite a lot of them) make sure you've got some more sweet options for breakfast.
Had a fantastic stay at Amber Boutique Hotel! The location is spot-on! Very close to walk into the Old Town/Main Square, but still on a quieter street so you can actually sleep well. The hotel feels boutique and cared for, with rooms that are spotless clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also a real highlight: fresh, plentiful, and super healthy. The biggest reason I’d come back is the team. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful - the kind of service where staff go above and beyond without being asked. A personalised service goes a long way: I received a beautiful birthday card, which made my day and says a lot about how thoughtful this place is. Highly recommended this lovely hotel! It is a brilliant base for Kraków Old Town with exceptional hospitality.
