Rooms on the streetside are very noisy ! Rooms are nice, but the cleaning needs attention. Breakfast is a bit boring. This is certainly not a 5-star hotel.
After a bad 1st experience in an apartment that misrepresented the facility, it was anenormous pleasure to meet 2 super friendly front of house reception superstars. Both karolina & Mateusz were very accommodating of our situation and politely booked us in to the Hotel Unicus Palace. This beautifully and tastefully restored hotel was magnificent for our next 4 days stay and the staff will treat you with exception! Highly recommended- let's face it the staff attitude always sells any place, these 2 young people were great!
This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts. The staff went above and beyond helping me plan my proposal, handling every detail with such care. When we returned to the room after the proposal, it was beautifully set up with flowers and thoughtful touches — including chocolates — which completely wowed us. The room itself was fantastic, with lovely décor and a real wow factor. The location is perfect; we were able to walk to all the major nearby attractions, and some of the best restaurants are right on the doorstep. Exceptional service from start to finish, and I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough for a truly special stay.
Our stay here has been absolutely wonderful. The rooms are incredibly clean and kept in a very neat way, which we really appreciated. What truly made our trip special, however, was the service. A huge thank you to Anna at the front desk! She went above and beyond for us, consistently going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This hotel far exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back!
