This is a great hotel. Service is over the top and the employees work really hard to make your stay top level. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee. Great location if you want to walk to the krakow town square, restaurants &shopping.
Our experience here was magical. The service was exceptional; each employee was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. The historic room was like a luxury suite and museum all in one. The food was delicious. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxury experience that is also friendly and relaxing.
Our stay at H15 Palace Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The check-in experience was seamless and genuinely welcoming—we immediately felt at home, which set the tone for the entire visit. The rooms were fantastic—beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Everything felt thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Breakfast was another standout, with an impressive spread offering a wide variety of high-quality options. It was the perfect way to start each day. The spa was also a highlight of our stay—well-maintained, tranquil, and ideal for unwinding after a day out in the city. Overall, a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
H15 Palace was absolutely incredible, but what truly made it stand out was the service. Every employee I encountered was exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely committed to making my stay seamless. I was in Krakow for a conference, and one day I realized I had left an item I urgently needed in my hotel room. The concierge actually went to my room, got on a video call with me to help locate it, and then personally drove it to the conference center so I would not have to leave the event. I was honestly blown away. That level of service is rare anywhere, and it was such a thoughtful, above-and-beyond gesture. My room was also massive, beautiful, and spotless. The heated bathroom floors were a great touch and made the space feel even more luxurious. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a huge variety of options and really high-quality food. On the day of my flight home, I had to leave at 4 AM, and the hotel prepared a breakfast box for me to take in the car and to the airport. It was generously packed with plenty of options, and again, such an impressive example of their attention to detail and care. I would absolutely stay here again anytime I return to Krakow. The location is central and ideal, the property is stunning, and the service was truly exceptional. I stay at a lot of five-star hotels, and the level of hospitality here matched some of the best and most expensive properties I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world.
A lovely hotel with excellent service throughout. I am really pleased we decided to treat ourselves and stay here. The rooms are generously sized and the beds are very comfortable. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The spa is a highlight and we enjoyed the pool and sauna. Great breakfasts too.
