Beautiful hotel, rooms very spacious. Reception staff very helpful and accommodating. Our room was very clean, tidy and lots of space. Hotel us centrally located for all local amenities and there is a park on your doorstep. Lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops around. Less than 30 mins from krakow airport in a taxi.
Great hotel in a fantastic location. Super convenient, clean and quiet despite its central location / on a busy street. Super helpful staff, assisting with luggage when we arrived (really appreciated since the building has no lift/elevator).
I switched accommodation as I really really was desperate for a good night's sleep a comfortable bed and a nice shower and boy I was not Disappointed!!! The location is easy to find and just off the main square, there is plenty of options for Drinks and food on the street which is a plus, upon arrival I was Greated with a Friendly smile and it was a pleasant experience, as for the Room, a deluxe double is what I chose and the bed was outstanding I slept like a long! Check out was simple just drop the key in the box. Would highly recommend.
Honestly we didn’t expect much because it’s either a hit or miss with apartments located in the old town. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and very well taken care of. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only downside there is no elevator for the luggage. On top of this, breakfast is excellent! They have a partnership with a restaurant downstairs and it’s top notch!
Lovely Staff, but Significant Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues - I am honestly surprised this property has such high ratings. While the staff is professional, friendly, and clearly tries to help, the actual state of the rooms and the building was disappointing. The Positives: • The Team: The staff are genuinely nice and responsive. They offered a room swap and even a refund when they realised I wasn't happy. • Amenities: Excellent Wi-Fi, an active Netflix account on the TV, and a very good coffee machine in the lobby. Good location to old town. • Breakfast: Very nice and a great start to the day. The Negatives (Why I can’t recommend it): • Cleanliness: This was the biggest letdown. There were small black hairs everywhere—on the bedding, in the door frames, and stuck to furniture. Surfaces like the bathroom extraction fan, towel radiator, and even the toilet roll holder were covered in thick dust. • Maintenance: I had a flickering main light and a loose electrical socket hanging off the wall. Despite reporting these, they weren't fixed. The shower drain was incredibly slow, and there were visible traces of mold in the tile grout and corners. • Building Layout/ Accessibility: Guests should be aware that the hotel is located on the second floor with no elevator. Hauling luggage up two flights of stairs every time you return is a bit of a nuisance and wasn't clear to me in advance. When I reported the issues, the staff offered a room swap, but the other two rooms I viewed had the exact same cleaning issues (hairs, mold, and dust). Instead of a deep clean, they offered a refund to go elsewhere. Since I was only there for a few nights, I stayed, but this property desperately needs a deep clean and a maintenance overhaul.
