Weronika was perfect. the facial massage was relaxing and very pleasant, quite intense but also gentle. Cosmetics without an irritating intense smell. I was pleasantly surprised.
I had an appointment today at 09:30. No problem making a reservation. The woman who gave me my hot stone massage (90 minutes) were fantastic. Words cannot describe how incredible this massage was and the woman who massaged me. She was so gentle, always making sure I was okey, polite and gave me the best massage I have ever had. Would absolutely recommend this spa!
Monica provided the most relaxing massage I’ve had yet in Europe. The atmosphere was calming and she applied the exact pressure I desired to feel refreshed for another day here in Krakow. Highly recommend starting or ending your day here!
Relaksarium SPA was such an unexpected highlight of our Kraków trip. It’s a calm, intimate spa inside the aparthotel with massages and a sauna zone, and you can really feel a cosy vibe. The real star was my massage with Emilia who has genuinely magic hands! It was one of those treatments where you realise halfway through that you’ve completely switched off. Perfect pressure, intuitive, and deeply relaxing in a way that’s hard to find. It ended up being the best birthday present to myself, and I honestly wish I could have it more often. If you’re staying at Lwowska 1 (or even nearby), I’d absolutely recommend booking in!
I had a wonderful experience! The massage was absolutely amazing — Weronika was incredibly attentive to every detail and really listened to what I needed. All the areas I mentioned received special care, and she worked with such precision and sensitivity. It was both relaxing and therapeutic. You can truly feel her professionalism and genuine care in every movement. Highly recommend — one of the best massages I’ve ever had!
