Lovely room and staff breakfast Staff are very friendly and helpful Bit of a walk from old town Krakow but flat so not to bad
Lovely hotel, clean modern hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, fresh water fountains on each floor which was a nice touch, only downside to hotel was lack of equipment in the fitness room apart from that it was a lovely stay also you get a free shot at the bar and 10% off on your first order which is lovely
An amazing hotel for our 3 night stay. Welcoming, friendly staff throughout, clean, comfortable room's, a superb central location and a huge breakfast which caters for every taste! Would definitely return! Very highly recommended :)
We stayed for 4 nights (9th-13th Feb) room 306, and all I can say is what an absolutely lovely hotel. The room, although advertised as a comfort room, was a very good size and had everything you needed. Loved the glass walled bathroom and the really good shower. The breakfast selection was more than I expected and everything was very tasty. We would certainly go back to this hotel if we visit krakow again
Just back & what a perfect little hotel, so clean, room is just the right size for a few days away, super comfy bed, great size shower, all staff was amazing & so friendly, was within walking distance to The Old Town, 100% would stay here again :)
