Room was decorated really maximizing space without making it feel overstuffed or claustrophobic. Spotless bathroom and shower with great water pressure. Wonderful place to spend the night before a 05:30 AM departure from Krakow airport.
Room was (king-size) bigger than we we expecting. Hard to find anything bad about room. Shower pressure was good, and toilet was clean. Room has nice feature that you can switch off ac for night if you want, this is not possible in every hotel. Bed was nice and big. Coffee/tea pot corner had all what we needed. Fresh drinking water was possible to get next from elevator. Hotel provide reusable bottle, this is common setup in Europe. Checking and check out was super quick, no hassle at all. We did not needed parking service. 9am Breakfast was quite basic, nothing fancy. There was quite big selection of fruits. We had plenty of items available. We had dinner there also at evening, I gave separate review of restaurant page. Hotel is in walking distance, we had few cabin size suit cases wit us. Perhaps larger suitcases might cause some issues if you drag them on walking paths. We did not needed any shuttle service, reviews gave quite direct image what it will be.
We booked Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport simply because we had an early morning flight and didn’t expect much from an airport hotel. However, this property completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They assured us that a cold breakfast would be available starting at 3:00 a.m., which was greatly appreciated before our early departure. As a Hilton Honors member, we were also offered a complimentary airport shuttle. At check-in, we received two vouchers that could be redeemed for snacks and drinks from the lobby shop. It was such a thoughtful touch and included a great selection of items like Milka chocolate bars, candy, chips, soft drinks, juice, and even beer. What impressed me most was the recognition of my Hilton status. In my experience, Hampton properties don’t always provide much in the way of status recognition, it felt really nice and I was surprise to find chocolates and a personalized welcome note waiting for us in the room. The entire team made our short stay feel special. The hotel was clean, really comfortable, and the service was genuinely outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our final night in Krakow. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.
I am currently staying at the hotel for two days and I am very pleased. The rooms are very nice and the bed is comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The service has been excellent. I have interacted with Joanna at the reservation desk several times and she has been kind and especially helpful in regard to all my questions and requests. I will stay here again in the future.
We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Kraków Airport before an early morning flight, and the hotel’s location was undoubtedly its biggest advantage. It’s a convenient option for travelers who want to minimize stress before departure. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and provided everything needed for a good night’s sleep. However, our overall experience was affected by a few disappointments. The welcome at reception was not particularly warm or friendly, which left an underwhelming first impression. Additionally, we were surprised to learn that the airport shuttle service costs 15 PLN per person. Considering the hotel’s remote airport location, we expected this service to be complimentary. Many airport hotels, including several in Warsaw, offer free shuttle transfers, so this additional charge felt unnecessary and expensive.
