An absolutely exceptional stay from start to finish! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was outstanding, with every meal being a real treat. The location was perfect, and our suite was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail reflected the hotel's commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly outstanding experience, and we can't wait to return!

Amazing hotel in the heart of the old town. Super new, comfortable beds, amazing decor, attention to every detail to make the stay unforgettable. Breakfast also top notch. There’s no other place I would stay when in Krakow after this stay. Thanks to hotel team for the great stay!
We stayed at The House 14 hotel at the end of april and got the best experience we have so far had as visiting many countries. The hotel is a very luxurious boutique and interior and styling is top niche. Staff is super friendly and helpful no matter what you need help with - I personally ruined my expensive formal shirt and with their help got it back as new as just bought from store. Also their attitude and behaviour towards visitors is so sincere and I truly felt like home surrounded by all of them, it was actually sad to leave Krakow. Truly my top 1 list of hotel. 🤗☀️
We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for 5 nights and we were really amazed by the facilities, the beautiful rooms with smart technology. The staff were so friendly and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The location is excellent, right on the main square, so close to everything. Hopefully we will get to visit this beautiful hotel again in the near future.
