Zinar Castle is an excellent option for anyone looking for an exclusive and peaceful place to stay while still being very close to the center of Krakow. The room was modern and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent, with both self-service and à la carte options. It was also very pleasant to have the possibility of eating either indoors or outside. The spa area is beautiful, with a pool, relaxation area, sauna, and steam bath. The surrounding forest areas are also great to explore and add to the calm atmosphere of the stay. A perfect place!
Wonderful location, Veronica was amazing and guided us through our menu experience with a positive, upbeat attitude and was extremely knowledgeable. Marta was amazing well and gave us information about the history of the location, as well as information about several sights visible from the balcony. Wonderful experience we will be back for sure! Thank you everyone for making this such a positive experience.
This is an exceptional place. Lovely staff and lovingly fashioned into a hotel. There's a spa, a chance to eat outside and the reception area backs onto a grand room with lovely views of the Vistula. I stayed for 1 night and wish it was longer. Lovely rooms. Bravo!
We went to Zinar Castle for New Year's Eve, taking three of my sons and their partners to the evening event and it was amazing! The meal was exceptional, as was the buffet that was put on later in the evening, the service was outstanding and the decor of the event room was beautiful. There was a DJ for the evening, who played great music and got everyone dancing. At midnight there was a countdown on the terrace to bring in the New Year with champagne. The views over Krakow were amazing from the castle. We had a really enjoyable evening and would like to thank Zinar Castle and their staff for putting on such an amazing event.
What a beautiful and magical hotel! We have stayed for 4 nights in this 5-star hotel and celebrated new years eve there. With a nice gala, a beautiful view over Krakau and perfect service. The rooms are great, the beds are good and the food (dinner+breakfast) is really tasteful. We have had a wonderful time.
