PURO Kraków Kazimierz

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location in the former Jewish Quarter. The tram is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and is easy to use. My room was very nice and comfortable. I was near the elevator, which can be problematic in some hotels, but not here. The elevator doors glide smoothly and make no noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted warmly and they made me feel at home. They happily answered questions, offered recommendations for places to eat. The breakfast, which can be included or purchased separately or on an as needed basis, was outstanding. If I return to Kraków, I will choose this hotel again.
I really liked this hotel. It is very modern, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The reception staff were very kind and accommodating. They allowed me a late check-out, which helped me a lot and was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I arrived very late, so the restaurant was already closed. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again :)
I had a fantastic 5-night stay at PURO Kraków Kazimierz. The hotel features a beautiful modern design, and my room was incredibly cozy, spotless, and spacious. I loved the great free perks, including the coffee and tea in the lobby, free bicycles, and the excellent Saturday tour of the Jewish Quarter. The food was also outstanding—both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious, and the MAK bakery in the lobby is amazing. Highly recommended!
Stayed here for 2 nights and was extremely impressed. I arrived early around 10am and they were kind enough to check me in early. I love the coffee station next to the lobby, free coffee was very popular amongst the guests. The style of the hotel is modern and chic. The rooms were spacious for European standards. They also offer free bike hire which was really nice. My only 2 things I didn't like were that it close to the rail tracks so you will hear the noise when train passes through. And the location is a little bit out of the old town, though the area Kazimierz is very interesting and charming in its own right.
Very warm, welcoming hotel. Reception staff extremely helpful, especially Aleksandra. Loved the excellent free coffee and tea available 24 hours in the lobby. Rooms really comfortable, with underfloor heating in the bathroom. (Would have liked a box of tissues in the bathroom). Will stay in a Puro hotel again - good value, well trained staff and a lovely warm ambience.
