Great hotel, nice and clean. All staff on reception have been friendly and accommodating. Out of the main area so quite at night, but only a 10min taxi ride away for a £5. Would recommend 👌
I stayed at the Express Hotel Krakow and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, a bit far from the city center, with access to the city center easily done with Uber or public transportation. The rooms are quite comfortable and clean, providing everything needed for a good night’s rest. The staff were polite and helpful, always available to answer questions. Check-in and check-out were efficient.
Not sure where all the bad reviews come from. I've had an excellent night of sleep. The room was clean and comfortable, super quiet, had more amenities than expected and I could open the window to control the temperature. I've stayed in way fancier hotels that were worse than this. Didn't find a single hair on the bed or elsewhere, all excellent. Would repeat. Taxi to the center or walk to a breakfast place nearby, no issue.
Ive just come from a 2 night stay here & when we arrived there was a lot of kids on a school trip. Ive fead a review about this issue in previous reviews too. This isnt an issue for me but for some it can be so mentioning it. Those mentioning the location can easily look on Google maps & see thst it is a bit of a distance from the main town. This isnt a hotel problem it is very clear where the location is & its a you problem to go do your research before you go. There are plenty of hotels near the centre- do your research. We wasnt bothered about being out the way & we in fact walked into the town which is about an hour away & along the way you will see soke lovely little shops & places to eat. The rooms were clean but one guest did get some bites. We were a little annoyed to be threatened by staff to keep the noise down or theyd phone the police ( they called up to our room) they didnt come up themselves & checked but just took another guests word for it. The walls aren't mega thick & we were talking in our room. It was 'quiet time ' not silent time but felt even the speaking in low voices was a problem. There was no need for threats. We wasnt having a party we were reflecting on our day at autswitch & felt we couldn't do that. Even though the first night the school kids were really noisy but we understand kids are kids. Overall though the daytime staff were lovely & let us keep our luggage in the luggage room prior to check in & after check out. They were helpful with bus/trains ( although we never used them) the public transport is really easy to use & really local. The location is close to the airport which is handy. I would personally stay again
