pleasant hotel a little bit out of center. it is near to public transport to makes getting to and from centre or krakow a single bus ride. we booked to cheapest rate so no breakfast but we went to breakfast at the ikea across. rooms were clean and they even have water filter dispenser in the hallway.
Room are ok, however the shower is not mainly for woman's who don't want wet her hair, they is a lot lights , seems emergency lights and the room don't get dark , for me this is not really good because I need dark to sleep . The breakfast is ok, big variety however you can see something's not great like pineapple, tomato's and cucumber seems to be ready from the day before and to be on the fridge, so was dried.I went on breakfast at 7 Locations is near by the centre, good service to the bus, staffs was lovely
Great hotel, perfect for a 2-night stay. The entire reception staff was super friendly and helpful, but I want to highlight Aleksandra in particular. She went out of her way to assist me—not once, but twice—and delivered white glove service with a smile. I'm super grateful for her kindness and patience. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable! ❤️
