Great costumer service, very welcoming staff, great breakfast! We traveled there from the United States and enjoyed it so much. The location was perfect and walking distance from a lot of historical places. Great restaurants and bars all around the hotel. The room was very clean. The only suggestion is the air conditioner controller weren’t working properly I guess, but we figured it out. Everything was great!
We had a very smooth stay at this hotel. It’s a reliable and comfortable choice that delivers exactly what it promises. What we liked: Good Communication: The staff was relatively pleasant, and communicating in English was absolutely no problem at all. Clean & Standard Rooms: The room was clean and equipped with all the standard amenities you would expect for a comfortable stay. Decent Breakfast: We paid extra for breakfast, and it was definitely worth it, the price perfectly matched the quality. The Verdict: A very pleasant experience with no major complaints. If you are looking for a clean, hassle-free, and well-managed place to stay, this is a great choice!

Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. One of the hotel's greatest advantages is its location. It is situated in the heart of the Old City on a quiet side street, providing a peaceful atmosphere while still being just a short walk from the main attractions, restaurants, and the city center. It offers the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a great local restaurant recommendation. They were great in cleaning up a spill in our room! The rooms are a decent size for 3. The bathroom was good, no shower curtain but wasn't needed. Good location about 8 minutes from the main square and 22 from the river. We had a 6 minute walk to pick up area for the Auschwitz tour.
