As someone who truly appreciates beauty, thoughtful design, exceptional service, and places with character, I absolutely fell in love with this hotel. Nestled in the heart of the Old Town, this boutique hotel is filled with carefully crafted details, genuine hospitality, and a beautiful vision brought to life by its creator. You can feel that every element has been chosen with intention and care. The breakfast was delicious, and the tea and coffee were excellent. Most of all, I appreciated the atmosphere—it felt elegant, warm, and inspiring at the same time. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who values comfort, beauty, aesthetics, and an unforgettable experience.

Design over comfort. Online pictures make it look better than this hotel actually is. Beds are rock hard, pillows don’t support you and something very weird but the toilet is also very uncomfortable. I stayed in the penthouse suite what should be the best they have to offer, the room couldn’t be made dark at all even with the broken sunshades, AC is also not working properly. Bathroom did not offer a rainshower just an ordinary one. Some construction was going on and the room was also quite noisy (could have been the neighbors). No daily cleaning and the initial cleaning when we arrived was also not something you can expect from a 4star hotel. When we asked for cleaning during our stay they didn’t even change the bedsheets while staying 4 nights. Breakfast was very good but the orange juice is definitely not fresh even though they will say it is ;-). Coffee is also not very good. Location and staff was nice nonetheless. If management would change a few minor things this hotel could be a gem, sad they don’t see it.
We stayed in the penthouse apartment at the Warszauer Hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clearly focuses a lot on design and aesthetics. The rooms are stunning and the location is great for exploring Kraków. Unfortunately, comfort did not match the looks. The smart TV was not working, the bed was extremely hard, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The room also could not be properly darkened, and because it faces the street, there was quite a lot of noise during the night. The toilet was also not very comfortable to use. Cleaning was also disappointing. When we arrived, there was still a small plastic wrapper left in the shower from previous guests, and there were toothpaste stains on the bathroom furniture. These stains could easily be removed, as I tried cleaning them myself. Housekeeping was also very minimal. Even when requesting the room to be cleaned, only the basics were done: new towels were provided and the bed was made, but there were no fresh sheets and the room itself was not properly cleaned. I had accidentally dropped some cookie crumbs on the floor, and even these were still there afterwards. Very disappointing for a hotel of this level. Breakfast is à la carte and the food is tasty, but it would be nice to have some basic buffet-style options available as well. Also, the “fresh” fruit juice did not taste freshly made. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and with a few improvements, it could truly become a top hotel.
Location, Location Location. Nice, boutique hotel situated centrally in the Jewish Quarter. Our room was comfortable but there was quite a lot dead space. Breakfast was top notch although the coffee was a little basic. Staff were friendly and helpful. At the price point, there are other nice hotels but this is a good option to consider too.
