I stayed in this hotel during the business trip. Location is very good. Near the old town and the Wawel castle. Parking available. Breakfast was ok. Rooms are clean and nice.
My special thanks for Mrs. Sonia of hotel's reception, for her kind attention. I forgot my check out time, and stayed a longer period in my room. She kindly explained to me the situation and helped me a lot in the check out process.
Place is amazing! Very clean and the staff was very helpful and respectful. Highly recommend coming here if you're staying for the weekend checking out the city! Had a gym and pool and also a place by the front desk for the kids to stay at!
Great rooms, great breakfast, good service and good overall quality, and nice staff! :) I was also able to use the Novotels gym for free while staying at Ibis Krakow Centrum. 5 stars!
Very nice, budget friendly hotel and great location. A 10 min walk takes you right outside the castle! The staff is also very friendly. I had a small complaint about the shower in the room which was quickly resolved. The only downside were the limited vegan options in the restaurant, which was surprising for a hotel that prides itself on its sustainability efforts, as the meat industry is a significant contributor to climate change!!
