Very clean, well maintained apartment hotel. Just a few minutes of nice walking by the river from the old town of Krakow. The service was good, the amenities were nice, and we had a nice stay there.

Excellent experience. A hotel with welcoming, proactive and helpful staff. My double room was perfect - it looked to the (quiet and green) back street, was spacious and had a good mattress. Everything is clean. One can walk to the centre but as it is 20 min away, I took a tram. The hotel rents bicycles on request. The hotel values sustainability, recycling etc. and offers good vegan breakfast. Just a thought - even if coffee capsules are recycleable, maybe there is a way to introduce something more sustainable? Better than recycling is not to produce at all - and replace capsules by something durable.

We had a wonderful stay in Krakow. The hotel was in a great location, the room was comfortable, and the staff were always kind and helpful. Everything made our trip enjoyable and memorable. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit. Thank you.

The hotel itself is nice and I loved the decorations at the lobby. The floors are made from sustainable materials and the location is just perfect: not exactly the busiest part of the center, but it’s close to Wawel and the National Museum. Now to the downsides: upon checking in they charge a deposit of approximately 500 PLN (we stayed 2 nights) which they promise to return once you check out. This is not mentioned anywhere, neither on Booking, nor on their website, which should be strictly prohibited. The WiFi only works when the TV is on — quite a strange and hardly a sustainable solution… The most disappointing thing though was breakfast. They charge 41 PLN for it and I’m not even sure they understood the order correctly. I am attaching the photo of the classic vegan breakfast from Zaczyn. Unfortunately, the other dish, shakshuka, didn’t live up to my expectations and resembled a soup with eggs.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was huge, the ceilings are very high so felt bigger. We had the pleasure of a balcony too which was nice to sit on in an evening. As someone who has to eat vegan due to health issues, just find this hotel fantastic as it is a vegan/vegetarian hotel. The girls at reception are very friendly and helpful. The location is nice. About a 20 minutes outside of Krakow old town, with great transport links. The kitchen is brilliant, has an oven/microwave, a fridge freezer, sink and a dishwasher. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. Metal hob with pans and utensils too. The hotel is very passionate about recycling and there's bins for everything. 1 bedroom is a double bed with a balcony. It has an ensuite with a bath with shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom doesnt have an ensuite however there is a second bathroom. With the second room it was 2 twin beds. Overall very clean pretty hotel. Would definitely stay here again
