Nice gym with all what one needs for a good training
Overall very good! A few times non Europeans will come take over equipment and smell horribly. There's no fans and the gym is small, so etiquette is extremely important... People are interested in Poland as one of the last places on earth without tons of non Europeans... Get it together!
Great workout spot with cardio, weight machines, TVs , different fitness classes (Cross, Pump, Stretching, Salsation, Rootz , etc) , personal training, and arm wrestling contests! Friendly staff, good locker rooms amd showers ! Conveniently located above Biedronka so you can get your groceries and workout in 1 trip! 😊 Minuses are it is a bit tight during peak hours , weekend hours are shorter, and the showers are a bit smelly…
