Hotel Kazimierz II I checked into Hotel Kazimierz on June 14th, and so far, my stay has been absolutely incredible! The hotel is in the absolute best location in Krakow, and everything is spotlessly clean. The service here is next-level. My great experience started right at check-in with Jacek, who was incredibly nice and helpful. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Maria—she speaks four different languages, and it was truly amazing conversing with her! I had a lovely night's sleep thanks to the super comfortable bed and pillows. And the breakfast? Absolutely mind-blowing! I want to give a huge congratulations to chefs Oksana and Marek; they did an outstanding job, and the breakfast layout was beautiful. The selection was fantastic, and the service staff, Nella and Natalia, were amazing and attentive. I still have a few more days left here, and I'm already looking forward to the rest of my stay. I will definitely write another detailed review with pictures as well

Lovely hotel. Big rooms could do with a little more storage for people staying longer than a few nights. Excellent, friendly staff and a substantial breakfast buffet.

Excellent value for this hotel only a 20 minute walk from the old town. Whilst the room was very basic and a little loud located on a main road, for the price this is excellent value. Room cleaned daily and had everything we needed. Water fountains on each floor was a great feature for us.

Well priced - conveniant location My partner and I stayed here 5th-9th March, overall we had a pleasant stay, the staff were very friendly, the building is well presented and finished, as are the rooms. The bathroom in our room was 10/10, we are travellers and have stayed in hotels across the world and the shower here was one of the best ive experienced. The hotel is in a very conveniant location, located in the Jewish quarter with a 2 conveniance stores, a chemist, and a bakery all within a 5 minute walk. There is also 2 seperate scooter parking areas nearby, we found these to be essential for travel, so this was also a massive conveniance! The hotel is located only a 10 minute walk from the Old Town, and a 10 minute walk from Schindlers factory so very well situated. Now for the not so good bits;.. The wall in the rooms are PAPER THIN, so be prepared to hear EVERYTHING in your neighbours room & vise versa.. The beds are okay, they are passable for a couple nights sleep, but the duvet is way to small for the bed, barely touching the 2 sides of the mattress, and the pillows are HUGE to the point they were uncomfortable to sleep on. Upon checking in for our stay, we were advised that the rooms where non smoking, and we had to go outside for a smoke (fairly common) our room had a balcony, so we went outside to the balcony to smoke, when we checked out, we were fined 150pzl for smoking OUTSIDE, and at this point they informed us that smoking is prohibited anywhere on the grounds of the hotel & they expect you to exit the door via front door to smoke - which was definetly not made clear upon checking in. Overall I have to rate our stay here as 3 stars, which is fine i guess considering its a 3 star hotel. I would have given 4 stars but the misinformation given at check in and the resulting penalty has definetly left a bad taste in my mouth, and personally i will be looking for different accomodation when we return to Krakow
