What an amazing place to stay! Extremely friendly staff that made us feel very welcome. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was great value and delicious. Perfect location. Highly recommend!
We stayed here with a large group of over 90 people (children and adults), and everything went really well and smoothly. Organising accommodation for such a big group is never easy, but the team did an excellent job. Everything was very well organised, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was consistently good. We also want to apologise if our group was sometimes a bit noisy — with so many energetic children, it can happen 😊 Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for large groups. Thank you again for your hospitality!
Great place, amazing cleaning stuff, breakfast delicious. Rooms are clean and pretty modern, unfortunately you can't open the windows fully which makes room hot at night and you wake up in sweat, - not pleasant feeling at all, but besides that hotel is amazing.
Very friendly, nice and professional staff. They even allowed me to check out later than the scheduled checkout time, which gave me enough time to head to the airport comfortably for my flight. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean. Housekeeping came every day to clean the room and change the towels, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and it was absolutely delicious and worth it. The hotel was very quiet and clean. I truly loved my stay here … they made my trip to Krakow the best experience 🥰 I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back again in the future.
We are currently staying here for our little trip to Poland to visit Krakow, hotel is lovely and quiet, the rooms are nice and cleaned every day. Staff are polite and lovely. Location is good couple of things to go out to but using bolt it's around £5 to get to Krakow.
