The apartment was absolutely beautiful. The building, service, and location were all excellent. Ulla specifically was extremely helpful and accommodating, which made the stay even better. The spa downstairs is also beautiful. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!
We stayed at this Aparthotel while visiting Krakow, and I want to leave a positive and honest review for this place. We loved everything about it incl. the entrance area, friendly staff, design and furniture in the apartment, cleanliness,location. Also want to note their kind support through reservation and check in. Highly recommend this place 😍
Our 1st visit to Poland was made extra special due to staying here! Very tasteful apartments- service & decor is 10 out of 10. The toiletries are devine- you are very well catered for. Check in very easy-you receive codes for main entrance & apartment. Ula greeted us & put our bags in storage as we arrived early. Pastries & fresh coffee await guests in reception & Ula gives you useful info on the area. Great coffee shops all around these apartments & supermarket across the main rd on the left 1 minute away. Loved it that much we are going back in the summer.Thank you So Soho LoftAffair!!
Ula was absolutely terrific and made our stay truly unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her warmth and professionalism stood out from the moment we arrived. She even allowed us to check out an hour later without us asking, simply because she wanted our stay to be exceptional a gesture that really showed her commitment to great service. Because of her, not only would I happily return, but I’d also look forward to visiting other LoftAir locations across Poland. Highly recommended.
