I would say receptionist were very helpful and polite. Other than that hotel is outdated and doesn’t really match with the photos.
I would like to thank the receptionist who was working the night shift from May 10 to May 11. She was very kind and helped my mother early in the morning with great care and professionalism. Thank you very much for your help and support!
2 mins walk from the platforms of Krakow Glowny main train station. 10 minute stroll into town square. Rooms have very high ceilings and the radiator was only lukewarm so it was on the cool side with temperature of -10° on Monday night! Check in staff were really nice and helpful. Mattress could do with being renewed. Bathroom would benefit from extraction fans. Good power from the shower, but the cubicle was small. Overall an ideal base for exploring this wonderful city. Plug sockets, wardrobe, bed, table, chairs nut nothing else. Coffee available in reception.
Awful experience. That is literally a hostel, old hostel, not a hotel. Room nothing like on pictures. Equipment of the room is so poor. No hair dryer, no kettle, no glasses. hair dryer should be borrowed at reception. Bad condition of furniture, mattress. The smell from the bathroom was strong unpleasant. There is no noise isolation at all. The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. Front desk staff miserable. I do not recommend this hotel, even for one night stay.It doesn’t worth that money.
