The staff is friendly and the rooms are very large. Nice pool and small jacuzzi. Easy to get to via public transport from Krakow.
Wonderful hotel with plenty of history,which is proudly displayed. Staff is extremely helpful,eager to help at the same time very friendly. Rooms are spacious however need a bit of tlc here and there. Restaurant offers amazing food (experienced during breakfast and dinner time). Spa provides great selection of different treatments and everyone will find something suitable.
Hotel was in good connection to tran station and Wieliczka. Rooms were clean and SPA was ok. The saunas could have been better standard, they were very tiny and super hot. The service was very good and friendly people. The only thing that was unfortunately bad was the food, or rather the dinner. I have allergies and even though I was promised gluten/lactose free food, there were always just a little diary here or small amount of cream there. I bought 3 meal course and I could not even eat the desert, so I got a glass of wine instead that tasted like a compote. Also, there were people that were not hotel guest that join the dinner, big group of men that acted very loud that created an unpleasant atmosphere.
I just liked everything! Food, service, interior, silence, atmosphere... I really had a rest and got gastronomic pleasure. I can especially recommend dumplings with duck)) - simple and very tasty. Next time I plan to visit their SPA and swimming pool to enhance the impression.
We recently hosted a conference with 120 attendees (adults and chidlren) at the historic Turowka Hotel & SPA. Our entire experience was exceptional! The hotel management patiently walked alongside me for the better part of a year to prepare for every aspect of our 6-day stay. The event spaces were spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up on time and guests were comfortable throughout the entirety of our stay. The meals were fresh, varied, and served promptly. Parking was provided for those who arrived by car, and the hotel is conveniently located between two metro stops for those who traveled by plane. The entire hotel was immaculate, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived until we said goodbye. Overall, this beautiful hotel proved to be an ideal venue for a our gathering. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning events, meetings, or gatherings of similar size. We felt honored to benefit from the historic Turowka Hotel & SPA's dedication to excellence.
