I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! 27 m² – space suitable for a maximum of 2 people; with 4 people, functionality and ergonomics are significantly limited. Lack of adequate storage – no full-size wardrobe; only a narrow wardrobe for outerwear. Insufficient shelves and closed cabinets for 4 people. Room layout – no clear division of zones (sleeping/storage/dining), which limits comfort for 4 people. Kitchenette – very limited workspace and a small refrigerator; insufficient space for 4 people to function comfortably. Furniture – outdated and worn; the coffee table is unstable (the board breaks off when you try to move it), requiring repair. Plumbing – significant concerns: permanently malfunctioning sink in the toilet, very low water pressure in the bathroom (water is a trickle), no hot water in the kitchen. Parking – in practice, there is essentially one parking space available, which is a limitation when there are a large number of guests. Thermal Conditions – the actual temperature inside the premises is approximately 19°C with an outside temperature of -4°C, indicating average heating efficiency in winter conditions. The technical standard of the premises requires inspection and modernization, particularly in the area of plumbing and equipment. Positive Aspects: The premises are kept clean.
