Our family had a truly exceptional stay at Hotel Saski. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were impressed by the outstanding service, excellent comfort, and genuine hospitality shown by every member of the team. The beautiful swimming pool and wellness area in the lower level provided a wonderful place to relax and added even more to an already fantastic experience. What stood out the most, however, was the remarkable staff, whose professionalism, warmth, and genuine care ensured that every guest felt welcomed, valued, and well looked after. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our stay so memorable, with a special thank you to the wonderful breakfast staff. Their kindness, attentiveness, and outstanding service made every morning a pleasure for our family. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Saski and gladly give it a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars.
Every staff member was friendly , polite and welcoming. The service was five star. We utilized their breakfast buffet every morning.We also had 2 trips using their transportation, Everything was perfect. The room was comfortable and quiet and kept clean as a whistle every day. The location was incredible, 1 minute right around the corner from the main square, in the old town of Krakow. Additionally , the pool was beautiful and relaxing in the food in the restaurant was five star.
Wonderful service and beautiful hotel and only a block from the historic square but rooms were quiet, very clean. Best hotel we stayed in during our trip. Breakfast service was outstanding. This hotel has a nice elegant old world vibe but it was very well updated with sensible modern convemiences. It’s a great choice if you’re traveling with someone with mobility issues. They have excellent elevators which is not a given in many historic hotels
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was excellent, the selection was exceptional and the staff especially at breakfast Oksana made each morning so enjoyable. Initially I thought the hotel was more a 4 star than a 5 star. The room I selected had a less then a preferred view when I spoke to the front desk they showed me several other rooms and arranged for a room change. I had the pleasure of speaking with Joanna Smiertka the hotel sales manager. (The hotel is so lucky to have her). She strongly believes in customer service and will make sure your experience is exceptional. (I can’t thank her enough for making sure that my wife and I had a remarkable time). Last but not least the hotel restaurant “Regale Bar and Restaurant “ is one of the best restaurants. Our dinner had to be one of the best meals I have ever had. This is the only hotel I will ever stay at in Krakow. I loved this hotel. I loved the staff and almost forgot to mention Katarina who made sure our restaurant experience was perfect. Thank you
Fabulous hotel, perfectly renovated and well staffed, walking distance from so many food, shopping, cultural, historic or entertainment places, yet very quiet and extremely cozy. Gorgeous rooms. Amazing breakfast, great à la carte restaurant, nice underground pool and spa. Just a couple of things to improve: the process to order room service on the tv screen is NOT friendly or easy to use and the food options too few for a 5 star palace. Hot chocolate at the afternoon bar was barely lukewarm…and way too much lemon juice in a supposed to be fresh pasta with Parmesan butter sauce and truffles, so rename it lemon pasta or put 5 times less lemon not to override other key ingredients.l A few more pool beds by the poolside perhaps? Besides that, it was a truly perfect stay and we will be back. Great job everyone.
