Lovely hotel near the city centre. Rooms are great, breakfast is very varied and delicious. Would really recommend for anyone visiting Krakow!
I recently stayed here as a solo female traveller, 25-27 June 2026. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Needed to borrow an iron/ironing board- I had both hands occupied with items but receptionist refused to bring items up to room (could so me struggling with so much in hand) so I had to struggle, take items up myself Natalia the receptionist is extremely rude/unhelpful, in my opinion she needs to be re-trained! Lacks customer service altogether. Checked in @ 3pm, so staff had adequate time to ensure rm was all in order, but there was no body wash at all, Natalia when I spoke to her on the phone, said "she would inform day staff about this in the AM"? She offered no apology even on behalf of her colleagues, I prompted her X2 about an apology! She is the worst receptionist at a hotel that I have ever come across. On another day when I asked to borrow another item- an adaptor, I was again told by the person at receptionist, "come fetch it yourself", yet there was more than enough staff/cleaning staff etc to bring it to room. This is a service that is also what I a guest has paid for. I have never stayed @ a hotel anywhere else in the world where a guest is asked to fetch an item from reception. Ridiculous. Baguettes are placed at the common lounge area next to reception daily for guests and left uncovered, (X2 I saw flies in mid summer too) on the baguettes- so very unhygienic. I informed the receptionist about this as the flies were feasting on the baguettes indefinitely! Location is great, as its in the heart of Kazimierz, train station, Plac Nowy and rooms pretty clean & decent. If you're in town 1-2 days- ok for a stay but customer service and basic manners need to be improved & staff further re-trained!!! 5/10
Great hotel not too far away from centre of Krakow. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast there were a large selection to choose from. Hotel room was perfect size, clean and tidy. Had no issues with noise even with room next to life. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Krakow again
Good location being only 15 mins walk from the main square. The rooms and hotel are nothing special,but do a job for what you need for a few days. Most of the staff were very friendly, especially those on breakfast duties. Just one night receptionist who was a bit funny when asked him for anything. Asked for an extra sheets and huffed and puffed. Asked the get our passports from deposit box, again moaned about this and then opened wrong box which was concerning. Plenty to do near the hotel also so overall, not bad.
Lovely rooms. Very good continental breakfast. Definitely worth the money. Location wise, quiet area, easy to get to places like bars and restaurants and local supermarkets.
