For the prize, it was perfect. The rooms were comfy, it was close to the train station with bus, the area relatively calm. The kitchen is big, everything worked, and it was kept clean. Bathrooms were good too, and there was always warm water. It's June, so I don't know about heating, but the covers were perfect to warm up - cause the nights were chill. There were several shops nearby, and trams were only a 10 minutes walk away. Everyone was kind, I even left my charger accidentally at the room after checkout, and when I called, they found it and I could go back and get it without an issue. So I think it's perfect for the money they asked, and when you're not looking for some luxury place, just something comfy to stay at for the night and eat❤️
The stairs to second floor are difficult if you have suitcase. No reception at any time. A lot of long term guests, which can be noisy. Location is nice, but good night sleep you can forget. Only plus was the cheap price. Looks nicer in the pictures than in real life
I’ve personally never been here, but my uncle has been and he wants me to leave a review for him on his behalf. I do not mean anything towards the owners if this appears to be negative. With all that being said, here’s the review (in his own words): “ the Wi-Fi didn’t work and it’s pretty gloomy “ I’m giving this review five scars because I do not want to impact the reputation of this hotel and criticize the owners in anyway as I have not been there and I can’t properly make a review. Great place to stay! Willa Retro is cozy, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere felt like home. Free coffee and tea👍I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back) Great place to stay.
