I recently attended a conference at Hotel Galaxy, Krakow and I had an excellent experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere for long conference days. The conference facilities were very well organized, and the staff was professional, friendly, and always helpful. The food selection was also impressive, with plenty of fresh and high-quality options. One of the biggest advantages is the convenient location — close enough to the city center while still being quiet and relaxing. Overall, everything was handled smoothly, and the hospitality truly stood out. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Kraków.
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great wee swimming pool and hotel spotless. Right beside shops / food but 20 /25 mins walk to old town.

It's a bit off the beaten track for the old town but great for the Jewish quarter where there are some incredible restaurant. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and well managed, decent coffee! I love dogs and so does the hotel, which is nice. But they're allowed in the dosing area which seems a little off. Especially when they decided to bark at people. Good room bit three mattresses should really be donated to a lump museum.
We liked our room, it was big enough and clean. The accommodation was in a good location near a shopping center with good public transport access. There was a large selection for breakfast, we really liked it. A big plus was the wellness, which consisted of two saunas, a swimming pool and jacuzzi, it was easy to get to the wellness despite the limited capacity. The gym was very basic and would deserve improvement. We would have appreciated a walk in shower instead of a bathtub. The room was cold at night.
