Every part of the hotel went against reviews the room was clean. The beds were tidy with no bugs. There was knives, forks, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, towels, soap, kettle and even a coffee machine for nespresso pods. Check-in was easy. The first code for both entrance doors and then the other code for your apartment and communication between us and the team via both booking com and WhatsApp gave very clear communication. The shower water was hot (despite not matching the corresponding icons) and everything was clean! We really enjoyed our stay and hope that this review finds its way to the top so that other people can see pass the negative reviews and stay here :) The negative reviews made us question staying here, but we honestly couldn't find a flaw, especially for the price and location :)
