Fantastic hotel, everything is neat, very clean, in a very good location, small parking and very helpful staff (5 minutes walk from the old town of Krakow)small parking and very helpful staff.I highly recommend it.
Art Boutique Hotel is literally in the heart of Krakow, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, which was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. One thing that really stood out was the lighting — there were plenty of options, almost too many, but it gave a lot of flexibility depending on your mood. There’s a Żabka store just across the property, and you’ll also find a Starbucks and a fine dining restaurant within the same premises, which is very convenient. Beyond that, pretty much everything you might want to see or do is within walking distance. Overall, a very comfortable and well-located place to stay.
Great hotel, reception isn’t 24 hours as seems to be the norm these days, so if you arrive after 11pm you need to follow all the instructions to get in and find your room. Bit of a faff if honest. Other than that it’s a lovely place. One thing that is absolutely awful - and you’ll laugh, but the toilet is the most uncomfortable toilet seat I have ever had the displeasure of sitting on. A classic example of design over practicality. People are not square, the toilet seat was basically like sitting on a toilet without a seat, genuinely awful and that is why I won’t be back again. It’s such a shame as it’s lovely apart from that. 🤣🤷🏻♂️
We had a fantastic stay at Art Boutique Hotel Krakow. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the Old Town, with the main square less than a two-minute walk away. It was perfect because you’re close to everything, yet the street itself is peaceful and quiet. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed. We booked a twin room which featured two separate bedrooms, making it incredibly comfortable and spacious. The beds were very cosy, the shower was excellent, and the Rituals toiletries were a lovely touch. The mini bar was thoughtfully stocked with drinks and snacks, which was really convenient if needed after a late arrival. Although the street outside the hotel is a no-stop zone (pedestrian), this wasn’t an issue at all. If you need a taxi or arranged transport, you simply walk a few steps to the left of the hotel, cross the street, and you can be picked up or dropped off there very easily. There’s also a Starbucks directly downstairs and a shop just across the street that opens nice and early, ideal for grabbing snacks and drinks before heading out on day trips. The building itself is modern, stylish, and absolutely beautiful. Everything felt high-quality and well looked after. I’ll definitely be staying here again when we return to Krakow, definitely recommend!
I had a very nice stay, that I extended. It was a safe place, great location, the parking entrance is very tight but the parking is super safe. The rooms felt amazing and were very cozy, very clean, spacious, felt truly comfortable. The reception is small so others than your room you won’t have any lobby to sit in but this is nowhere near to be a downside, it’s just information I though relevant.
