⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We had an amazing two-night stay at Hotel Experior Boutique – Destigo Hotels. The complimentary sauna and steam room were a wonderful bonus and the perfect way to relax after exploring Kraków. Our room was luxurious, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a stunning bathroom that felt like a spa. The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, especially the beautiful Old Town, which is full of charm, history, and lovely streets to explore. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was spotless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Very nice hotel, extremely close and convenient to old town. Service is good, especially from Janek who tried to help us with every request we had. Breakfast has a decent selection and especially loved the made-to-order menu. As others have mentioned, it is slightly noisy at night so light sleepers will have trouble sleeping
A hotel that matches what the photos show. Good location, close to everything you need. The breakfast was high quality and had everything you could want. Everyone was friendly and the service was good. Some nights can be a bit noisy, and I don’t think the housekeeping was the best, some items were left dirty and the cleaning seemed more superficial than thorough. The TVs aren’t smart TVs, or that option isn’t available. Anyway, very good quality and enjoyable experience.
Everything was great during our 1-night stay! The location absolutely cannot be beat—it is just steps away from everything in the Main Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The only small thing to note about the room layout is that the AC/air blows right on you when you are laying in bed, which might be a bit drafty for some. Overall, it’s a fantastic, high-quality boutique hotel in the perfect spot. Highly recommend!
